Was seated in Georgie's Diner on Malaga St. near King St. in St. Augustine immediately across the street from the former FEC headquarters building (now dorms for Flagler College, beautiful restoration/renovation) awaiting the arrival of my lunch guest, when we in the diner heard the train go by. Unfortunately, there are too many buildings in the way to get a direct view. It appears from the article photos to have have been absolutely picture perfect. Looking forward to a similar such AMTRAK inspection trip from Jax to South FLorida (WPB) to occur with the AMTRAK-FEC Coalition participants in the near future.
