    Building Brightline in the middle of I-4 between Disney and Tampa would be the best and quickest way to bring a high-speed line to Tampa. Former Governor Jeb Bush mandated that the median of that section of I-4 be reserved for a train line when the highway was rebuilt and expanded to three lanes both ways.
