Saturday, May 14   10AM-4 PM! 

Tampa Train Day is a family-friendly, local event now in its 9th year in Tampa. It is organized by the volunteers of Friends of Tampa Union Station. Admission is completely free.

Featuring:

• Model train displays in HO, N, S and G scales from area model railroad clubs, including the Suncoast Model Railroad Club, The H.B. Plant Railroad Historical Society, Suncoast American Flyer Enthusiasts, Gulf Coast Garden Railroaders, Four Guys and Their Trains and the Greater Florida Lego Users Group!

• History and transportation exhibits from organizations like the Florida Railroad Museum, Florida Coalition of Rail Passengers, Amtrak, Robert W. Willaford Railroad Museum of Plant City, Largo Central Railway, Operation Lifesaver and an operating telegraph from the Florida Chapter of the Morse Telegraph Club!

• Special appearance by the Tampa Firefighters Museum's historic fire engine number 42, "Little Mack"!

• Live music!

• Food trucks!
